Just under 9 ft long and 5 ft wide there's lots of room for storage inside while the outside can be a super fun playhouse for the kiddos! Or just make it a playhouse tell me where you want the windows LOL super well built very very sturdy, slip resistant floors, all exposed wood is treated the rest is completely covered in vinyl siding. the the lookout tower is 14 ft at the peak and is enclosed for safety this thing is a blast I'll even deliver it and set it up free!!!
