Communication is lacking, and that can be frustrating, but they are very busy and I’m sure they are frustrated at times also. I absolutely love this place! I needed a new car but my credit score is not the best and I don't have a lot to put down. After searching for months and being denied, I was getting frustrated and ready to give up. Then a friend told me how they bought a car from Drive Smart auto and loved it.

I went there, spoke to a guy named Patrick and within a very short time not only did he have me approved, but he actually got me into a vehicle I really wanted!

A short time after my air conditioning went out in the vehicle. I was kicking myself for not buying the extended warranty. I knew that was my fault, but I called Drive Smart Auto anyway to at least see if they could recommend someone.

Instead they fix it for free! I couldn't believe it. Im so incredibly happy I bought my vehicle from there and that's where I'll be going from now on.

To start. The process is fairly easy. Requirements to get approved for a car isn't tough. Down-payments are fair, and the communication until you get the car is a little weird but not the worst. The selection of cars can be a bit greater but you get what you pay for in a sense. Motor/transmission coverage to my knowledge is a plus here but Im not sure about it but we will see how this goes. Hopefully I dont have to regret the decision as I am currently facing issues right out of the gate so only time will tell. Will keep review updated.
