Rad City plus E-bike (non Working)

Bought this bike with the intention to fix up but haven’t got the time. Now just trying to recoup some of the money back. Hoping someone can take it before I get to it. This bike is pretty easy to ride as a regular bike. It was also recently serviced so super smooth to ride. Buy it if your intent is to ride it as a regular bike or if you’re knowledgeable about fixing e-bike. If you did want the bike part to work— here is what I have troubleshooted save you time: - Needs a battery and controller - Motor hub is likely the issue— so probably need to replace hall sensor Pick up near Kapiolani Park Note: Does not come with the surf rack
