So... This might be long. I started out with a 2015 Dodge journey. It had some issues but was fixed by them. The rear differential was shot when I bought it and the car was no longer able to drive safely over 45 mph. I had it for 2 months but over 6 months as it was trying to see if it was going to be repaired. I came back to the dealer last week and got an update that it was a no go. Had to come buy today to pick out a new car. Joes and the team were super nice the entire 6 months of this. I can be a very patient person. And I felt like they were going to do the right thing. He gave me a few options on what I can get. And I decided to go with a 2011 Chrysler town and country limited. Thanks to all of the folks here at American financial!!! It's been a wild ride.
So come to find out the van I got had more problems than the journey. I took it to Chrysler and they said don't keep it. It will cost more to fix it than how much it is worth. I decided to move on from here and buy somewhere else. The also decided not to give any money back. They really need to be checking there cars before selling them. It seems like they buy them, clean them and then sell. It's just sad. I would say take it to a mechanic before buying. If they don't let you, move on. Don't settle! You don't need a headache that bad!
