No rips, odors, or major issues. Pet free. Length/width/height: 8 ft x 2 ft x 1.5 ft Pickup is in Downtown Brooklyn, building has an elevator! I'm moving to California and I wish I could take this couch because I absolutely love it, but I can't. So I'm selling it! I bought at the West Elm Outlet in Brooklyn. It's a sectional that should have another section but was sold without it. It's perfect if you have a smaller place. It's super comfy (even for sleeping), with three large cushions, an ottoman that has wheels. It's in great condition.
