2004 Thor Komfort

Hello, I have a 25ft 2004 Thor comfort travel trailer up for sale. This is the perfect fixer upper inside will have to be completely re modeled. The trailer was rented out for 1 year when it was in perfect condition, the tenant ended up being a vandal to the inside, unfortunately leaving so called graffiti art on walls, ceiling, windows and appliances. The vandal tenant also broke some cabinet doors and removed a part of the kitchen counter. One window has the lower portion broken. The entrance door is missing the window and in rough shape, it still closes but doesn’t look good. Sounds bad but with some cabinetry work, new interior painting, new flooring, and some good cleaning it would be a great 25ft. unit. Appliances either need to be cleaned and re-painted or just replaced. They do work but they were vandalized with graffiti. The Good. Outside of trailer is in good condition no leaks and no vandalism. Tires are good. All driving lights work. 4’x6’ working pop out table area Lots of storage compartments. Queen size bedroom Fold out couch can be used as a bed Bunk house that can turn into storage area Large through under storage Aluminum construction framing which means light and strong. No leaks no mold. Asking $6000 or best offer clean title in hand. Open to trades. I’m into dirt bikes, jets skis, boats motorcycles, things like that.
