These chairs are brand new and sitting at my kitchen island for decorative purposes. I live alone, travel for work and they truly have never been sat in or used. Not a single stain or snag in the fabric. There isn't a crack, scratch or ding on the legs/wood whatsoever. These are in perfect, immaculate condition and from a pet and smoke free home. I'm moving and my new place requires bar stools versus counter stools. That is the only reason I'm selling them, believe me. I LOVE these. Boo hoo for me. These counter stools retail at Pier 1 for $230 each. I am selling both as a set for $300. Price is firm and not negotiable.
