2003 Keystone Montana fifth wheel around 35 foot long. Clean title, registration uptodate Everything is working I replaced the old fridge with a residential fridge. AC, water heater, and the furnace are in good working condition. Stove, sink and shower all good! Central stereo system, the main unit was removed by the previous owner. I did test the speakers. Everything is still working. Just no main unit toilet is brand new. The awning has may be a year or two left on it. I'm refinishing the roof using liquid rubber. None of the siding has any kind of delaminating or severe water damage Same with the interior normal wear and tear I bought this three years ago for $15,000 I was newly wed with my wife. Beautiful memories a beautiful home. Well, taking care of we're a very clean family. The carpet well taken care of. The carpet was cleaned at least once a month. And was just washed last week. You can tow it to your next location or try to live here the cheapest rent in any nearby city that I know of that gives you privacy a nice laundromat and a pool during the summer!
