Please read entire description! The Hybrid Touareg is a top of line VW that is fully loaded. It features an Audi 380hp supercharged 3.0L V6 mated to the 8 speed tiptronic transmission with a 50hp electric motor in between. It is AWD with off road settings and hill descent control. It is an absolute beast in wintry conditions. I am selling AS IS, and I will describe what I know are issues with this car. I am pricing the car with the issues in mind. You are welcome to have the car inspected by a mechanic at your cost. I have all service records since I took ownership and it’s only been serviced by a dealer or Autobahn Autowerkz in Burien. KNOWN ISSUES: -Intermittent parasitic draw on the 12v battery. I have tried to trouble shoot this problem but could not track down the source. Sometimes it stays charged for a week, sometimes it’s drawn down in 24 hours. When I know it will be sitting I keep it on a tender and it’s completely reliable. There is a brand new lead acid 12v battery. -Passenger mirror stopped folding so I turned the auto fold off -KESSY keyless entry stopped working a couple years ago. The FOB remotes work just fine. -Front passenger wheel well trim piece has some broken clips. -You will occasionally get an engine light for catalytic converter efficiency. -Sometimes the power tailgate will try to re close after opening. Usually depends on the angle of how it’s parked. -Passenger seat heat turns off on its own after a few minutes. It does heat the seat up. SOME POSITIVES: - Virtually brand new set of Blizzak winter tires installed. -Service records -Panoramic moon roof with retractable shade work great. -Auto leveling automatic HID headlights work great. -Driver and Passenger seat memory -Class 4 hitch installed Serious inquiries only please!
