Adelson chocolate square counter height dining table 6pc

Up for grabs is a used Adelson Chocolate Square Counter Height 6pc Dining Table I bought this new back in 2014 and its been in the family now for 5 years. We recently bought a new home and are looking to sell the table so that we can build an kitchen island as our table (plus add some more kitchen space at the same time). I believe it came from Rooms-to-Go. The table is in good shape with chips here and there. One chairs' cushion no longer has any screws holding it down so it comes off but getting 4 screws in place of the ones that were there will solve that issue. There are areas on the top of the table that are dull-ish and there are a few stickers placed randomly around the table (oh kids...). The leaf is brand new and in excellent shape - it was never used in all those 5 years! A little waxing would do this table justice and take care of the dullness. Please take a look at the posted images for more details about said areas. I tried to capture all that i could find. The table is 54L x 36W x 36H and extends to 54" with the 18" leaf Originally I bought this table for around $1,000. Dining Table - $450 4 Chairs        - $440 ($110 each) 2 Stools        - $150 ($75 each) Although this says local pickup only if someone reallllly wants the table then ill see about working with you in order to ship it to you instead.
