Always stored undercover and heated since we’ve owned it. No leaks, no soft spots, no smoking, no pets. New awning about three years ago. A larger one, so it covers the front door. New tires and brakes. Comes with easy lift hitch, receiver, and sway bar. Very well-maintained. Electric jack. And attached jacks on all four corners. Slides were added inside both sides of the front access area. Nice 12 foot slide with awning with the dinette and sofa in it. 26 foot long. Very easy to tow. Only selling because we are getting older and it’s getting too hard for us to do. Excellent condition.
