Selling my Mercury 9.9 short shaft 2 stroke o.b.o cowl is in bad shape but still there, have the latch still just need some glue or fiber glass work. Changed lower unit oil, impeller looks great. Runs good, over heats under load and not sure why it still “pees” none of the water passages are clogged. Full price will include 6.5 gallon fuel tank full, with new primer ball. Will trade for smaller 4 stroke engine. or best offer worst I can say is no
