Gray fabric is 100% polyester and fabric is in great condition. No stains or tears in fabric. Minor pilling on storage consult (see picture). Small dent on back of left armrest from resting elbow (see picture). MUST PICK UP. Reclining chairs are heavy and likely need at least two people.
