Skoolie For Sale

Our custom-built Skoolie / tiny-home is available for sale. This is a 1999 Blue Bird, 35 foot long school bus that we converted into a tiny home. It runs on solar-panels & can also connect to shore power just like an RV. It has a water tank or can be hooked up to water supply, also like an RV. We raised the roof 20 inches… it is VERY tall & spacious!! Feels like a cabin inside. Vinyl flooring, knotty pine ceiling. 5 emergency exits. The bus comfortably accommodated our family of 5 (2 adults, and 3 kids). The bunk beds can comfortably sleep adults up to 6’7. Twin XL mattresses are included. The “master bed” is a Queen. Mattress included. The bed is built on a hydraulic system. The bed raises to the roof by the push of a button to access plenty of storage space underneath. The bus has a full working kitchen with a farm sink, propane 3-burner stove top, and double mini fridge that runs on 12v. Plenty of storage in kitchen. The kitchen counters are custom-built, live-edge Redwood. The large, life-edge Redwood desk in the “living room” folds up and down to be used as needed. Bench “couch” with custom-made vegan leather cushions & mounted TV included as well. Bathroom is beautifully tiled… Shower that gets nice and hot with the propane-powered water heater. Bathroom has a composting toilet - very easy to use & no stinky smells. We can show you how to use everything. This bus is wonderful and we loved our time in it. Batteries brand new upon purchase! Wheels, engine in good condition.
