This is a Conn 88HTO that I bought around 10 years ago and used for around 2 years before buying my current Bach. Although it’s been mostly sitting in the closet for the last 8 years, I’ve regularly gotten it maintained for use as a backup horn. Slide is basically like new, I’d call it 9/10. The valve has been worked on a lot, too, and it’s actually a bit faster than when I bought it. The valve is completely silent. The horn has lacquer wear as pictured. This trombone has a fantastic, colorful sound and has worked great on principal. Great horn for students or anyone looking to try a conn. These horns are going for around $3000 new. I’m selling because all my other horns are Bach and I’d like to buy a backup horn that’s a little more similar to those. Comes with case and a mouthpiece holder.
