Vintage 1950’s Huge Black Lacquer Musical Jewelry Box

These beauties are getting so hard to find …Vintage 1950’s hand painted, black lacquer, musical,huge, jewelry box .. the jewelry box has beautiful, handpainted images all over with a picture of Mount Fuji on the top, all kinds of beautiful, bonsai trees. It does come with the key and it does work properly. It opens up in the middle, and on each side with a royal blue velvet lining, does have a little dust in it, underneath the open mirror at the top or two smaller sections that open and a drawer that pulls out on the front of the box or two side drawers on each side and a large drawer at the bottom. It does have some paintwork off in places and some wear on the corners but still has a lot of life left … the wind up music box is on the bottom and it plays, You belong to me …. measurements 17 inches from side to side 9 inches from front to back and 8 inches tall stand 14 inches tall when the top is open, smoke and in pet free
