Cash only This couch is 2 of 3 couches that came with my house, I don’t like the color or size. The couch does dip in the center due to lack of support underneath (faulty design). It was deep cleaned by myself when I first moved in and the covers are included and will be pre washed before selling. Material is like microfiber leather and the sizes are: Length: 86in Width: 23 in (seat size) *You need to have a vehicle capable of loading this couch into/onto and it has to come out of the house from the front balcony, bring people and strength*
