Comes with the machine ($2,900 value) and everything pictured, plus the 7'11" x 3'2" Bowflex machine mat ($100 value). Add-ons including accessory rack ($200 value), flex plates plus plate upgrade package for a total of almost 500 lbs available resistance ($100 value), preacher curl attachment, vertical bench press seat, leg extension seat, hand grips, shoe straps, owner manuals with exercises, exercise poster, etc. Not really used that much, so there are some signs of wear and use but overall in really good shape. The weight plates are not standard weight plates. They use SpiraFlex technology to provide the resistance. In other words, the 20 lb plate does not weigh 20 lb itself. This makes plate changes quick and easy, and if you happen to drop one on your foot, it's not going to break any bones. :) Located in Pahrump, NV. Please plan to pick it up with a big truck and bring a couple of guys to help load. This is a heavy machine weighing in at almost 340 lb assembled. It is wheeled on one end for "slightly" easier transportation, but you will still need strong loading help. Oh, just noticed that I forgot to remove the furniture dolly before taking the pictures.
