HI my name is Aubrey Gomez and I recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai Sonata from Ricky , and I couldn’t be any happier with my decision. The car drives great, feels comfortable, and has all the features I was looking for. On top of that, the dealership made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which made a big difference. They answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident before driving off.

Ricky was awesome with the process! He made everything fast and easy! We are very grateful for our new car and our family thinks it’s the coolest whip! 10/10 would recommend anyone to come!

T&D came in clutch for my new ram. Guys got me a great deal with $0 down. Never had a doubt in their capabilities as soon as I walked in the door. Very respectful and down to earth people in that office. Plus’s my truck had a full car fax and they were all honestly from the beginning. Unlike the shady used car dealerships out there, these guys are completely honest and helpful. Thanks for the truck

When you hear the term “Used Car Salesman” a certain image pops in your head…But these guys blew THAT out of the water! Instead I was greeted by Adrian’s warm smile & genuine enthusiasm. He even made the test drive FUN! All of the guys were friendly & made the long process enjoyable. I feel that Les worked hard to secure the financing for me & was more than fair with my trade-in. I am really excited about my van!! Thanks guys!

I would not recommend T&D Auto Group to anyone. What started as a straightforward car purchase turned into a frustrating and misleading experience.

I found a vehicle online at a reasonable price, got pre-approved, and went in the same day. During the process, Leslie Dean asked personal questions about whether I was signing alone or adding a co-owner, but asked as ‘are you single or married..’ which felt unnecessary and honestly came across as a tactic to gauge how much they could get away with. I was briefly shown monthly payments and total financing, and when I questioned certain fees, I was told they were “out of their control.”

While signing (helped by Ricky), there was constant small talk and distraction, and the itemized contract was never properly explained. Only after reviewing my paperwork (itemized contract) at home did I realize I had been charged over $6,000 in optional add-ons, including ceramic coating, a theft deterrent device, GAP insurance, and an extended warranty.

When I called and spoke to Greg to cancel these clearly optional items, I was told some could not be removed because they were “pre-installed” and mandatory on all vehicles, despite being listed as optional on the contract. When I pushed back and mentioned escalating the issue, they suddenly demanded I return the vehicle after a week of ownership. I complied, but still have not received proper documentation confirming my loan was canceled.

Attempts to escalate the issue to the owner were ignored, and it became clear decisions were being made without accountability.

This business advertises vehicles at prices that are simply not real. They add thousands in so-called “mandatory” extras and fail to clearly disclose them upfront. This is not how honest sales should be conducted.

Buyer beware! This place does not operate in good faith!
