Description

Beautiful and rare antique curved glass curio / China cabinet. Made by New England Furniture of Grand Rapids, Michigan. All 3 panes are curved glass. 5 wood shelves, all with double plate grooves. 4 shelves have mirrored back. Lion’s Paw feet. Intact label/marks on back indicate maker and furniture seller. Dates to late 1800s-early 1900s. Wood is an even fine grain, likely mahogany or cherry. Very pretty. The back looks like someone may have done some work, but the front looks like original finish. The very bottom thin veneer panel on the outer back has a thin crack, which does not show from the front side. Local pick up in Maumee Ohio (near Toledo). Cash only. $400, or may consider offer.
