American Revolutionary War Soldier Child's Vintage Lamp With Shade 1960's, patriotic theme. Please look at pictures closely. I tried to note things I saw. I didn't see any maker/manufacturer markings. The soldier is made out of plaster/chalk and is painted. I'm assuming his uniform was more blue and red but over time it looks more green and red? I don't really know that but wanted to mention it as I tried to take pictures with good lighting and capture the true colors. I saw one crack and paint chip around where his hand is holding the rifle. A super small paint chip and scuff mark on his left sleeve. The wooden base measures 7" wide and has a few scuff marks. Lamp measures approximately 26" tall. The shade has colonial looking war items. Cannon, drum withban eagle, Liberty Bell, musket, revolver, minuteman, ship, George Washington's face, different flags, anchors and shields. The colors now are blue, rust, gold and brown. Shade measures approx. 12" H × 11" W. The edge is made of brown paper tape and there are a couple spots where it is worn/scraped. There are a couple spots /stains on the inside but don't affect it on the outside. There is a 3-way socket and if you'd like the 3 way bulb, I can include it. The black paint has a few spots that need touching up. Overall it's in very good condition for it's age, it's been well cared for. I've owned it for the last 17 years but it doesn't fit with my decor anymore and I don't want to put it away in storage and see it get ruined.
