I have a beautiful, clean, in nice shape Modani Sofa. It's 88 inches wide and 40 inches deep. And the most comfortable couch you will ever sit on ! And it looks very elegant. I ordered new furniture and it' arrived 3 days too soon.. The couch condition is 7 out if 10. Just cleaned. Non smoker. No pets. To replace it costs $3999 for this sofa and 6k for the sectional.
