Add ruffles to your collars, sleeves & shoulder straps on blouses, dresses, dance & other costumes. Cut to embellish handbags, hair bands, barrettes, bridal or party wristbands, bouquets, corsages, bows; also scrapbook, cards, chair sashes & home and decor. Note: Trims can be dressed up by adding decorative materials such as beads, pearls, sequins, rhinestones etc. Two ruffles are attached to an inner mesh fabric as shown in it photos. One ruffle is folded over the top and to form a double layer. Each has a 5 mm seam at the edge used to attach trim, and a thin, durable d clear plastic line is inserted into the 2.5 mm finished edge to hold the exquisite large scalloped ruffles.
