Den/Living Room Suite

***PLEASE NOTE*** - this is INDOOR FURNITURE. Oatmeal color - textured fabric den/ living room suite. 4 pieces - total. One loveseat, 2 chairs and an ottoman. All of the visible chair cushions are included. (8 total) Furniture is extremely well built, heavy and in pretty decent shape. SOLID WOOD assembly with very unique styling. "ZERO" particleboard or laminate. A few photos of the fabric under the cushions are posted. The under carriage of all the units are in good shape. NON-PET/NON-SMOKING household. Typical wear and tear, bumps and bruises. All units could stand a good cleaning. All have been stored in a garage for the past 3 -6 months. The loveseat has definitely seen some use. Fabric could use an UPDATE - as tears are beginning to form. Good project for someone with upholstery skills. Side chairs are still very comfortable. The larger side chair is AMAZINGLY comfortable. (Unfortunately I did manage to accidentally split the fabric on the back with my knee) The ottoman/foot rest contributes nicely when a 'movie nite' is warranted. This unit has fully functional caster/wheels. The loveseat and the larger side chair provide comfortable 'higher' back support.
