Den/Living Room Suite

Oatmeal color den/ living room suite. 3 chairs (includes all of the visible cushions), one ottoman AND also the coffee table. Furniture is extremely well built, heavy and in pretty good shape. SOLID WOOD assembly. A few photos of the fabric under the cushions. The under carriage of all the chairs are also in good shape. Non PET household. Obvious wear and tear, bumps and bruises. All chairs could stand a good cleaning. Been stored in a heated garage for the past 3 -6 months. The love seat has definitely seen some use. Fabric could use an 'update', as tears are beginning to form. Good project for someone with far better upholstery skills, than I. Side chairs are still very comfortable. The larger side chair is AMAZINGLY comfortable. I did manage to split the fabric on the back of this chair with my knee when moving it. Grrr. The ottoman contributes nicely when a 'movie nite' is warranted. All feet are in tact (nothing missing or broken). The entire set was headed to St Vincent De Paul this week, but I thought maybe someone might like a complete living/den set of furniture. Asking $200 for everything. Interested?
