I bought my work van from them 3 years ago, office lady was super friendly the process was super easy & fast. They had to smog the van and I was unable To wait, They drove two hours to drop the van off to me next day. I did have to change the brakes the first month, but for the price I paid for the vehicle nothing to complain about!

They repoed my car, and stole all of my personal belongings. Don’t buy from them. They want you to pay off for in house within four months, and this is how they get you. The contract has your payment dates, and they don’t send your contract home with you (illegal) the contract also states they won’t remind you of your payments. Without sending the contract home you forget your payment dates, they take it and put it back on the lot same days 0/10 do not recommend. This is how they make their money. They also stole ALL of my belongings from my car in the midst of moving. I’m missing pillows, blankets, cast iron pans. I’m PISSED.

Please know that if I could give zero stars I would! Do Not Buy!

I called them first spoke with a woman on the phone I asked her about the car I was interested in and advised her of some concerns I had about the bumper. She agreed and come down we will work something out and I’ll have the make it to where the bumper don’t rub against the rear tire. She seemed super willing to help. I arrived ready to test drive. At that point I noticed the CHECK Engine light popped on. I asked the guy who test drove with me what that was he said it was an error. He stated he would get his diagnosic tester but it was in Spanish and I didn’t understand it. He advised me an out the door quote on the car and stated if I put $100 down to hold vehicle he would have a mechanic use a diagnostic that was in English next day at 11 am. I agreed! I arrived very next day like I promised money in hand ready to buy. But to my surprise no one who was there knew who I was or what I was talking about. They called him and everything down to the out the door quote he changed. How this is ran is completely unethical and unprofessional and unorganized. I highly suggest everyone to READ these reviews because I didn’t until after my bad experience! Horrible worst experience ever! The right hand don’t know what the left is doing

The owner wrote the incorrect address to my home I contacted him he told me there was nothing he could do to update it so I have no current registration paperwork he was condescending and even hung up the phone with me but they sure were quick to take the money do not buy from them you! They are in the business of scamming old people.

Update 06 01 25 So the reply is an excuse because if that would have been the case you could have told that to us from the beginning.  Not continue to hang up on me multiple times laughing....You Also didn't pay the registration the DMV advised us. quick to get money and they treat you bad We paid all cash no payments

DO NOT PURCHASE CARS FROM THIS LOT! THEY SELL YOU JUNK CARS THEN SAY THERE ISNT ANYTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. I just paid 4800 for a car and less than 30 days later I find out the transmission on the car was bad. I just had a baby 7 days ago. I can't even sell the car because my registration still has not been done and I don't have a title. Literally can't do anything with it smh. That money could've went anywhere else for my 3 kids or a good car smh. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Do spend your hard earned money here! SAVE YOURSELF THE DISAPOINTMENT AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
