2020 Coleman lantern LT 17B. Included will be a Weight distribution hitch a a furion rear observation camera and wireless screen to see behind u. Has rear stabilizers factory installed working. DC power system all the DC powered lights fridge and potable water pump are functioning and will run off the battery. AC power system 30 Amps All outlets funtion, The air-conditioner is a window unit. The box they built around it has some water damage. I have learned after several seasons u need to remove the ac atleast once a year and clean it out thoroughly to avoid the water issue. The microwave works as intended. The unit had a electric fireplace it has been removed after failing last winter costs about 200 or so to get a similar model. Propane system Single cylinder has been upgraded to 2 but still has the original single line. Pressure regulator functions. Stove works well, water heater works. Beds Sleeping for 4, 2 adults 2 kids. 1 queen sized bed and rear bunk beds. Queen mattress no bunk mattresses. Seating The original dinnet has been removed. Was terrible quality and fell apart with people just sitting on it. The table also warped. They were removed. Plumbing Plumbing works with no aparent leaks. 1x toilet 1x sink in kitchen Bathroom only has toilet and shower. Storage 1 exterior storage access to under bed space. 1 interior store under bed requires lifting mattress. 3 drawers in various stages of difficulty to open and shut. 3 over head cabinets Entertainment Bluetooth radio with over head interior speakers Wall mounted TV (included) Cosmetic damage Interior Floor linoleum loose where computer chair rolls around Air conditioner box from water damage. General use over 3 years will show scratches and mounting holes. Exterior Front right damage to Exterior and storage door Left side damage to Exterior Front has a deformation that I still don't know what it's from. Awning works but was bent 3 years ago. Structural issues. Just fixxed the emergency door latch. Soft floor at entry. I will be updating pics when and if things are replaced removed or added.
