I have a used REI Chrysalis UL Solo Tent in great condition. I also bought a footprint for it. The tent is so small and lightweight, it has really been awesome and well taken care of. The only negative is, I somehow misplaced the rain-fly for it, and have not been able to find it. There is still value in this tent and a rainfly may not be needed for you or too far out of reach.
