This unit is installed in the garage is a house that I bought in July, 2022. The prior owner was a disabled veteran who moved out of state and left the unit. It was installed in March,2021, and shows little evidence of use. I have all the paperwork. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to disconnect, disassemble, and transport the unit.
