Just had an Extremely good experience buying a car with Amanda’s help.  I had a good friend assist with the purchase as he has bought and sold many cars.  Andrew was very sceptical in the beginning but today his words were BLOWN AWAY at how smooth and great the staff and process was. Fairway treated us like family. The pushy and stressful atmosphere often found when shopping for a car was completely absent here. Star, our sales representative, truly shined; she went above and beyond without being pushy and stayed with us throughout our car-buying journey.

This wasn’t our first stop in searching for a car, as we had visited several other dealerships and conducted thorough research. However, Fairway won us over. Since we aren’t locals, we had to travel quite a distance, but it was well worth it. When they say to reach out if you encounter any issues, they genuinely mean it and are eager to help.

Overall, our experience was excellent! They assisted us in crunching the numbers, making the process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend giving them a chance to assist you with your next car purchase—10 out of 10!

Just purchased a vehicle this week. I had a better experience than any other dealership I've dealt with. They are not gimmicky, educate you on your purchase so you feel comfortable on what vehicle your buying. Unlike some salesman, they didn't pressure to buy before leaving. I thought they made an awesome first impression in how educated they were about every aspect of their job and the knowledge about each vehicle so that they can deliver a comprehensive delivery. Amanda took the time to go through each section of the application process so their is no hidden fees, no hidden ancillary products that you did not purchase. I've experienced this at other dealers where they tack on all these products and present you a price without discussing those products with you. Kudos to these ladies! And they staff! They're awesome.

I must say that buying a car off of Charleston is a scary scary situation sometimes but going down to fairway this car buying experience was fun and also a very very great experience for me and my son. We were in the market looking for a car for my son we bought a 2014 Nissan Altima from them and from the beginning to the end of the buying experience I can honestly say that these ladies know their stuff they take care of you they keep you in the loop on everything that's going on and I mean everything from front bumper to rear bumper of your car. My son loves his car he loves it absolutely so to anyone out there in the market buying a car go to fairway and check them out their prices are reasonable they work with you they don't try to get over on you like most little small car lots. SUPER glad that we saw them on Facebook! Love the friendly conversation and honest smiles from mechanics and executive director Amanda. We've been waiting all day but compared to other vehicles we where looking at online, there was piece of mind. Nothing feels underhanded. Upfront and did show us original pictures of the wreak as well as pulled up carfax upon request. Online information is accurate. We've been waiting a long time for a "new" vehicle. For us it has been our miracle shop. They do offer a warranty as part of the cost and side insurance Progaurd for an additional amount.
We have a family of four and they are understanding of the wait time, they have been kind enough to share their restroom and waiting room snacks which my boys claim are very good.
