Samovar: a metal container traditionally used to heat up and boil water. Although originating in Russia, the samovar is well known outside of Russia and has spread through Russian culture to other parts of Eastern Europe. Traditionally this was heated with coal or kindling to boil water. Samovars are prized for their rarity and beautiful workmanship. This one is in very good condition and appears complete.
