From CB2: Counter height table tops out in galvanized antiqued metal sheet over low-emission engineered wood with exposed mini nails hand-hammered down the seam. Sustainable plantation grown solid mango wood frames open continuous to the floor in an antiqued grey. Kitchen and dining obviously, but think bar, console, drafting table, standing-desk. Wood characteristics: mineral deposits, grain, knots and seasonal splitting may occur with changes in humidity and are inherent in product. The table top and legs have a natural weathered look, so the minor wear and tear from use blend right in. The chairs are originally West Elm Rustic Wood Counter Stools for ~$250 each or $1000 for the set. From West Elm: Rustic yet refined, these stools owe their distinctive good looks to richly-grained solid wood. Raw steel legs add industrial style. Solid wood in a Raw Mango finish. Natural variations in the wood grain and coloring are to be expected. Imported. The natural variations and gloss finish of the wood hide the wear and tear - there are minor blemishes people won't notice, and do not show when pushed in under the table.
