I recently purchased a car from this car lot back in November 2024 and I returned it January 6, 2025.
I’m surprise the car is currently on there lot ready for resell.  Lol I returned the car with the check engine light on and the engine smoking.
This car has so many issues, I spent over $3000 on the down payment and repairs on this car.
Which I get it
you buy the car as is 🤷‍♀️
But 2 days later to discover the engine is smoking and shaking out of control is insane.
As a business owner you refuse to take any action and never in the office past noon.

Please DO NOT BUY any cars from this car lot. Even if you’re in a desperate situation like I was. I wish I would have just got on the bus at least it’s reliable transportation.

I have been looking at cars on their website for about a month now not really in the position to buy something but getting an idea of what it would take to get my daughter into a vehicle.  Gavin was very patient with me from the time he reached out to me via text message and all the back-and-forth with finally scheduling a time to come in.  I must say Gavin wasn’t very pressuring at all. In fact, he made many good suggestions on other vehicles. That I wasn’t originally was going into look at. But was concerned about the kind of car my daughter had because she is expecting and he wanted to make sure she was in the best vehicle for safety and reliability.  I am very pleased with the car that we selected for my daughter and she is super happy. She doesn’t have to take the bus anymore. Thank you so much Gavin we truly will be back to get our vehicles there from here on out.

This place is a joke I paid my car off 7 weeks ago and still haven’t got my title my lawyer is about to file a case against them do not use there buy here pay here total rip-off every time I call nobody helps me and to your response we were at motor vehicle today and you have not requested a title dmv has nothing in there computer that you filed for a title transfer I would suggest that you call us you know who it is if you don’t we are filing a claim in small claims court we have a document signed and notarized from the person who wanted to purchase the car and has canceled now and a document from motor vehicle saying you have not put in for a title once it is filed all bets are off we have called multiple times just to get the run around and no call back and we are file a complaint with the better business bureau

I went to other dealers Friday of last week that said they did in house financing and none of them did. They kept trying to run me thru the banks and that’s not what I was looking for. After walking in the heat and after 4 Uber rides to different dealers , I was lucky enough to be referred by a gentleman named Alex and I got ahold of Brittany and she promised if I came to there in a Uber she would get me in a nice car with my down payment.  Once I walked into the used car outlet everyone was friendly and Brittany was absolutely amazing. We got to looking at cars and I found my vehicle I wanted. She was so pleasant to deal with and the process was really speedy and she was also informative and even helped me get my insurance. Take into account this was after closing hours. She was nice enough to stay late to get me in a vehicle. So thank you Brittany. I love my vehicle. Not only do they have warranty’s but they offer your first free 6 oil changes. They inspect their cars and if anything is wrong they fix it before they put it out on the lot for sale. That right there says a lot to me.  I will def continue getting my vehicles here and will defiantly refer people here. I could not be happier with the amazing vehicle I got. Thank you to the owner for a awesome business and thank you to Brittany once more. I greatly appreciate you.

If you ever had an issue with them please go to DMV online and file a complaint... so they can look up all the cars and start an investigation.
So I've had the car for 50 days and the battery is dead it's a bad battery hasn't been ran or checked or changed in up to five years is what I was told also the spark plugs needs to be fixed and also something's wrong with the car shaking 53 days and I have to come out of pocket almost around $500. They shouldn't even be selling those cars with bad batteries. And I'm rewriting in this review so I posted this review December 19th in today's December 22nd and now besides all the stuff I just named my axle went out on me while I was on the road in my car kept going when I put it in park and took the keys out the car kept going had me so scared I had to put the emergency brake and this so unacceptable basically everything under the hood is bad except for the engine if that maybe the car is completely messed up in 50 days I have a bad battery a spark plug problems and whoever put in my motor mounts the rear one put it in wrong to where it may the engine move forward and broke the axle so I'm suing them for reckless endangerment me and my kids could have been hurt
