I've kept it in great condition and the body and screen are blemish/scratch free. As far as modern games, you might be able to play Cyberpunk w/ray-tracing on some mid settings. I mostly used it to emulate old school games or stuff that was a few years older. You can even connect this laptop to your TV via HDMI. It does have the latest Windows update.
