Spindrift 22 sailboat w/ Storage Slip

1985 Spindrift 22 sailboat. Easy to sail, trailered sailboat currently stored at Cabrillo Dry Boat Storage. Dry storage spot transferred to you with boat. Dry dock currently has long waiting list. Brand new front and main sails from H2O Sails. Front sail is on a roller furler that works great and has good power. Main sail rides on a sail track so it is always attached and goes up easily. Shoal draft leaded keel with swing daggerboard that is easily pulled up by hand with rope - allows boat to maneuver in shallow water. Bottom of boat refinished by previous owner April 2014 at Driscolls - it's in great shape, always dry, no leaks. Pulled out of water and freshwater washed after every sail since 2015. Off-board motor is a 2014 Tohatsu 6 hp Sailpro long shaft with charging system wired to marine battery. Nav lights, interior lights, shore power, outlets, automatic battery charger. Solar trickle charge kit - included, but hasn't been installed yet. Front anchor locker, rear storage locker, fuel tank storage. V-berth and 2 large settees for sleeping inside.
