1972 Ericson 27 in fair-good condition. A sturdy little boat more or less ready for a Catalina trip tomorrow. Solid hull that hasn’t leaked a drop since we have had it. The owners have had her for 11 years and have done standard upkeep. Roller furling jib 15 hp Tohatsu outboard New to newish; through hull valves, deck paint, exterior wood varnish, head plumbing. $4,000 obo. No lowballs. It’s a bit of a trip for us to get down to the marina, so please serious potential buyers only. The boat is currently at Long Beach Shoreline Marina. I look forward to hearing from you!
