Has a single rear electric bed, I believe you can add a second bed or the couch bed to the up and down system. clearance under rear bed is 74.75" rear door opening is 93.25" wide. 15' to the first cabinet..fits 4 seat long travel buggy, sand rail. Has no wheel wells. Giant bay windows on camp side. Bearings, brakes and tires replaced in 2022. Water heater serviced in 2023. Water pump replaced 2023. Roof was coated in 2019. Huge pass through storage area. Has a tear in vinyl floor in the back underbed, also has a tire stain near entry door, always had a rug over it.
