Had an amazing experience here at new waves auto. The staff were very kind and helpful, Ernie was the one to help me get my car and he did an amazing job helping me get the car I want. I would get another car from them again soon. They’re really lenient when it comes to credit. The office also feels like home so we were comfortable and safe too. I highly recommend this place for used cars. They have earned a lifetime customer.

I bought a used car this past Monday and had a great experience from the moment I called to the moment I drove it off the lot. Manny and Terry were extremely professional. awesome dealership, process was quick and easy was in and out in less then an hour and a half. was very transparent about the car i bought which was a 2015 toyota avalon. definitely gonna recommend this dealership to anyone i know that’s interested in a car. thank you to the owner for going above and beyond with the customer service

I purchased a vehicle based on the assurance that was on their website that all vehicles were quality inspected and must have a warranty. The vehicle did not have some of  the advertised options,  and the transmission failed 4 days after purchase. Despite being told they warrantied the vehicle for 30 days, they did nothing to make it right. The mechanic who inspected the transmission said it was impossible for the vehicle to have been inspected asnthe metal filings in the transmission fluid were immediately visible. I asked for their inspection reports which they ignored. Also, they removed the page on their website that said the cars must have a warranty and werebquality inspected once I pointed that out. If you shake hands with these people, count your fingers. They do not stand behind their product
