(NOV 23.2021) i called in to see what the updates were on the car and the copy but a young lady told me she was at lunch and to call back.. I called back a couple hours later and the person who handled this the night before tells me that she is "sending it to my email as we speak" i ask her if the owner had assessed the car and she told me no..and asked me If I could come tomorrow after 3pm to talk about what the next steps were. I told her okay. But I wait for a coupIe more hours to see if i would receive the email with the copy of the contract.. I never got it. So I called again after seeing the car put back on their website for sale again.. I asked the young lady that answered why I never received the email she said she was “sending as we spoke” and why the car was already back up for sale on the website if a couple hours ago I was told they couldn’t tell me anything because  the owner hadn’t been in to re-access and estimate the value all over again… she said it wasn’t on their website but it was. I am truly upset on how they have handled this whole situation since the start of SEPTEMBER. And how they keep lying to me and never being honest. I get that it was a spot delivery but they waited A WHOLE MONTH in BOTH occasions to let me know.. AND ON BOTH OCCASIONS I was never really told what was going up until I was in the office.
