After searching for a car I decided to get the Mazda CX9 at Baha Auto. The car brought me to the dealer but what sold me was the great friendly customer service from Sam. He met me with a great attitude and a nice smile. I also got to meet Ray, the owner who made me feel like family. The price for the car was really reasonable & had low miles. After driving off I came back and expressed some things that needed fixing and they are taking care of it. Nas, in financing also got me a good APR. He called around to get me a reasonable car payment. They really are great people. Stop by & check them out. Ask for Sam, he really is the best & very honest. BTW Sam is in the picture with me. He really was that helpful & great that I wanted to take a pic with him 😄

I had such a great experience at Baha Auto Dealership! Everyone there was super friendly and honest, which made the whole process so much easier. They really took their time helping me find the right car without pressuring me at all. The car I got runs perfectly, and they made sure everything was clean and ready to go before I left. You can tell they actually care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future and recommending them to family and friends!

The people were nice. The car is nice as well 2018 Land Rover Discovery. However, we drove the vehicle off the lot after purchase to get gas at the BP up the road to discover no gas cap. Went back to Baha Auto, they went into Napa to get a cap they did not have one so the Baha group was nice enough to order one on amazon shipped to our home. We stopped on our way home to use bathroom only to discover the key Fob only starts the vehicle, no locking or unlocking doors, no remote start....my bad for not checking a vital part of the vehicle. I guess right? After calling Baha auto they said, replace the battery, we did that yesterday. Now the key fob does nothing, even putting into the emergency start procedure the dash displays wrong fob!!!! Frustrating right🙄 Well,  when I went in the glove box to get the manual I found a PISTOL MAGAZINE FULLY LOADED WITH .22LR AMMUNITION(see pics). Called the dealer, got no call back till I called at 7 at night only to be told you have to take it  to a dealer after replacing battery, also wrong. So, now down the rabbit hole of how to get this vehicle started. I geuss I just hope the warranty that was purchased with vehicle is better than...well you get the picture!
