Positive experience purchasing a boom truck for our tree service. The prices were fair and it was a no pressure sales approach. Overall a quality experience and the truck was in great shape.

I've purchased 2 trucks from these guys and each transaction was very simple. The staff was helpful and pleasant to work with.

Not really sure on how they do. Can't get them to respond to emails or texts. Looking at a car on CarGurus. Made then an offer through that site. No response. Used the Reliable Auto Sales site, still nothing. After a month they lowered the price below my 1st offer. So I reached out again. Still nothing. After a month, lowered the price again. Next month, same thing. Now I've started emailing and texting every few days. Still nothing. Even tried the Talk to a rep chat bot... but nothing.
Not really sure how they can operate a business this way??

My experience with Reliable Auto Sales has been very good.  I purchased a van for my company here.  Alex has been great to work with. He has made the process smooth and stress free.  My first thought when I need to buy another will be from Reliable Auto Sales.

Guy who met me was extremely unprofessional and very rude when I asked about a vehicle he was selling. I didn't ask about a discount or anything like that. I asked simple question, if car was in accidents or not. He sad I don't know, it is clean title. I sad, I understand that this is clean title, but hav been car in accident? After that he became rude and started being insolent.
I wondered why he was acting like that and what is wrong with the car I was considering buying. I searched the Internet and found that the car with a "clean title" had been sold several times through auctions, dealers and private sales and with the same millage. I'm very glad I didn't get involved with this company.
Lay and rude, this is characteristic of this "reliable" company, you can see it in responses to another people, and I think you will see it in response to my comment
