Carver TFM 55x 1000 watt amplifier (THX LUCAS FILM METER)

nice vintage CARVER TFM 55X amplifier. This amplifier has great sound and both channels working. The amp will need to be looked at. My research shows that there were only 200 of these made. The unit is in great shape for the age. Has RCA and 1/4" inputs and can be used stereo or mono at 8ohms I am not sure what the thx Lucas film meter is all about, but it's a pretty cool unit. It was used to power a whole house audio and has plenty of power, would also make a great addition to a home studio.
