Vintage Allison Acoustics Model Nine Top of the Line Speakers - Very Rare!! The superior and limited production Model 9 that preceded the less expensive and well regarded CD-9. The Nines are bi-ampable and produce a wonderful sound. Awesome Mids and Highs that Roy Allison is well known for as the chief designer of the legendary AR3a. The bass extension is equally impressive and will fill even the largest of rooms. These speakers are easy to drive with as little as 25 watts but can handle 200 watts without issue. Consecutive Serial Numbers 580 and 581 matched pair in oak with original stands. The original grills are gone which is common on most Allison speakers but fortunately new ones can be bought on Etsy for this model that are identical to the originals.
