This is an Extremely RARE 1992 Mark McGwire uncut Sheet /Poster. This item was a collaboration between Mark McGwire, Oakland Athletics,  Clovis Police Department, and various local businesses. These cards were designed and printed just for this event. The cards were distributed by Clovis Police and area businesses, over a 4 day promotional event. Several "uncut sheets" were given to the sponsors. There are 24 cards on this poster. The cards themselves are very sought after, the poster itself being extremely rare. Size is 17.5" x 24.5". The set of 24 loose cards sells for around $400, this sheet is UNCUT! From Beckett: This 24-card standard-size set was sponsored by the Clovis Police Department, The Oakland A's, and 25 Clovis area businesses. The program raised $9,200 in a four-day period. Both businesses and officers gave out 12 1/2" by 18" posters and cards, and graduating DARE students also received cards. The cards were cut from the poster, but some uncut posters (measuring approximately 20" by 25") with the cards still attached were given away to VIPs and sponsors for framing. The fronts feature color action photos of Mark McGwire on a green card face. The pictures have bright yellow borders, and the upper left corner is cut off to display the City of Clovis insignia. The player's name is printed in bright yellow print at the top. The backs features "Mark's Moments~ (various facts about McGwire) and public service messages. The cards are numbered on the back. I was recently going through my childhood sports collectibles, and found this. I do live near Clovis, but did not attend this event.  The Poster does have some issues with the condition. Please view all the pictures. The main issue is the fold or "wrinkle" slightly below the middle. There are several other wrinkles, small tears, and some color fading on the right hand side of the poster  (The green background goes from forest green to a lighter green). Each corner so has a small pin hole as it appears it was hung on a wall. I wish the condition was better, but it "is what it is." You can have posters restored for a significant improvement in look, processes such as reducing the presence of creases, lines, and wrinkles, and in coloring the fine lines and other areas to where it closely matches the original. You can view this process on YouTube. This poster can be done for around $400. It would look very visually appealing, especially if framed.  From my research, I have determined there are only a few of these. I would say, 5 or less (including this one). I know 3 or 4 of them are owned by "hard core" McGwire card/memorabilia collectors, and will likely never become available to r sale, at least in their lifetimes..
