We are placing our Kerr Lake house/Camper up for sale. Includes 65 foot arch aluminum boat dock (20 total slips) with personal boat slip,boat shelter and a car shelter. Easy ride from County line boat dock as well (10 minutes or less by boat to campground) There are several amenities at the campground- Fish cleaning station, large ice machine, area to wash boat etc. No financing.
