Looking to sell all three as a package or trade for an equal value sailboat, troller, cabin cruiser, or something that will fit in a marina. Or maybe a newer vehicle? Willing to separate and sell individually, but the truck would have to go last. Too many upgrades and receipts to list, but I’ll hit the high points and keep adding info until it sells. Clean titles for all 3 in my name. Truck: $23k 2004.5 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 with the high-output Cummins 5.9 diesel. 244k on the engine. I bought it at 190k in 2017 and it had just got new injectors, cylinder head, and transmission from the previous owner at around 160k. Since then I’ve done the flowing (and more): - Titan 60 gallon fuel tank with Fleece high gpm pump. - 6” lift and traction bars with a mix of Synergy, Performance, Rough Country, Bilstein, and other high-end parts for steering, drag link, and all new Moog bushings. - 37.5” Maxxis Razr MT, xtra high load range E, 50% tread, on new Raceline 20” rims with full sized spare on the front. - 5” welded exhaust. - Lubricity additive in every tank. Oil change and tire rotation every 5k. - New dual Interstate batteries in June, new alternator last year. - Custom audio from Sony, Kicker, Alpine, and Sound Ordinance. - Weathertech floor mats. - Up to date on all major maintenance including new brakes and calipers, new A/C, new tranny oil cooler, and all other fluids in the last 20k miles. Needs nothing. - Can’t see in the pictures but the interior is very clean. Non-smoker. - Has a few dents, scratches, and qwerks, but its a great reliable truck that I’ve taken everywhere. Camper: $7k A wonderful, 100% usable, dry, water-tight camper, but currently in PROJECT-mode mid-restoration. 1992, made in CanadaEverything works: fridge, heater, plumbing are all in good condition. Currently built with bunks for my 2 kids, but all cushions and hardware are included if you want to rebuild the table and bench seat. Front marker lights had a leak, so the whole cab-over section was gutted to the fiberglass, re-insulated, rebuilt bed frame, and is awaiting your finishing touches. Similarly, the rear part of the floor wood got soft so it was ripped out, along with the bench, electrical was reconfigured, new fiberglass purchased but not installed, and its currently awaiting renovation. Has 2x4 floor for structural integrity. The stats: - 40 gallon fresh water, 10 gallon black water tanks. - Full shower and toilet with sink. - Dual kitchen sink with new gooseneck faucet. - Dual 5 gallon propane tanks. - Oven, 4 burner stove, and vent fan. - 3-way refrigerator. Sips propane, works ok on A/C if you have the amperage, does not work on D/C with current battery configuration. - Working propane heater with thermostat. - 400w solar array from Renogy charge controller. - 100ah batteries (2 x 50ah) - 1000w inverter (not installed), 30amp converter for shore power. - Cell signal extender. - 5 gallon propane water heater. - Custom jacks for the lifted truck. - Offroad axe, shovel, and sand trax. - Extra tall collapsable stair with custom step. - Aluminum L channel off the front is for a future ski/board box. Boat: $18k 1993 Malibu Sunsetter Euro F3 with fully refurbished Ryan tandem axle trailer. 650 hrs on boat, engine was professionally rebuilt at 450 hrs, fully refurbished trailer with <1000 miles (3 years). Water ski, wake board, or wake surf, this boat can do it all. Naturally, it wants to ski. But as soon as you fill the 800+ lbs of ballast and wave shaper it will surf, too, and you don’t need to drop $100k-$300k on a boat that just does one thing (depreciate in value). Includes all the toys. - Chevy 350 Mercruiser Magnum inboard, 262hp, velvet drive 1:1, 30 gallon fuel tank. - 4 blade prop with extra 3 blade in the Daysaver prop-swap kit. - New raw water pump, starter, and battery with spares and hard-wired chargers. - New speedos. - Two covers, one with tower on and one off. - Vinyl in good shape with expected tears, but repaired with nice vinyl tape. - Bluetooth soundbar with lights. - All the toys: slalom ski, wake board, wakesurf board, 3 tubes, anchor, fenders, docklines, tow ropes, sumo sack ballast bags with hi-flo pump, 6+ life vests, all safety equipment, flags, everything you need for a full weekend. - Totally refurbished tandem axle trailer. Blasted to the metal and repainted with high strength textured paint. New fully wrapped bunks, new winch and chains, new brakes and hubs, all new lights, new wheels and tires. HDPE side steps. It’s essentially a brand-new heavy duty trailer and the price reflects that. I’m probably forgetting a lot, but I will update the post along the way.
