Well loved sofa-bed, still has some good miles left in her. The original sofa-bed mattress, but this will come with a gel mattress topper that works great. A small patch that is worn down on the armrest is just cosmetic, all the upholstery is intact and in good condition. No pets, no smoking, just moving long distance and need it gone. Moving in November so pickup will need to be after the start of that month.
