I brought my laptop in for repair and had a frustrating experience overall. The staff member I dealt with was rude and dismissive. He told me a part would be ordered, but after waiting more than 2 weeks with no clear updates, he claimed the laptop had already been opened by someone else as an excuse for the delay - this didn’t match what I was told earlier and felt like a cover story. I lost a lot of time on this repair. When I got my laptop back, I also noticed some internal parts looked different than before, which raised concerns about what was actually done while it was in their possession. I’d recommend being cautious and documenting your device’s condition before leaving it here.

We went to this service center with our tablet and had it diagnosed due to charging problems. At first, they said a part was needed, we waited a week, and then the part was replaced. The problem was not resolved: the charging continued to be intermittent and never worked properly.

After the repair, during the first follow-up visit, they said the issue might be with poor-quality cables or chargers, even though we tried different ones — nothing improved, and the situation actually got worse. On the second visit, they admitted the problem was with another part, said the repair would cost extra, and warned that the tablet could completely fail after this.

The experience left us completely distrustful. Based on our experience and according to reviews from other clients, for serious issues this service cannot guarantee results, and their responses to complaints often feel like dealing with market vendors rather than a service center. Therefore, if you have a serious problem, it’s better to look for an alternative.
