Description

2011 Chevy Impala 3.5L LS with Clean Title and ice cold AC (40F just at idle alone) with working heater. ~193k miles and Has emission until Aug 2026. This car has had an overhaul of over $3k put into it to get it running and I would keep it but my family of 6 does not fit this car when we all need to travel. Was meant as a stop gap and now has served its purpose with the purchase of a larger vehicle. I do all the work myself and replaced all gaskets (+ cleaned parts internally) with a parts washer and Fel-Pro kit for timing and complete intake manifold in addition to oil pan and crankshaft seal. Installed new rack n pinion, sway bar end links+bushings, sway bar bushings, outer tie rods, new trailing arms, and had new wheel alignment done after new tires put it. I also put in new: Iridium Spark plugs & wires, serpentine belt, all pulleys (including crank), radiator + T-Stat, coolant hoses, rear disc brake caliper, transmission filter + gasket, new GM trans line fittings, GM oil pressure sensor, crank sensor, camshaft sensor, accelerator pedal, throttle body, air intake hose, trunk supports and all 4 window regulators. Has new-ish: battery(June 2024), tires (Aug 2024), headlights (March 2025), and 3 keys + 2 key fob that I programmed with my T10 scanner. Body damage does not affect drivability but is cosmetically an eyesore. Damage is visually present on the bumper, trunk, driver door, and rear driver side. Car paint has a clear coat peeling in many areas and the roof and red paint has swirls and scratches from usage. The trunk shuts but is obviously not 100% flush when you get close (water does not get in from my experience and washing it over the years). The engine has about 193k on it so although all new gaskets, It has loud engine tapping noise during warm up, but quiets down after the car warms up this could likely be worn valves, lifters, or knocking. Drives smooth and can handle freeway driving no problem. Idle is a bit more rough and loud so likely needs internal attention for that tapping noise but will stay idling with AC on or off like at a red light. Selling as is. Car could go for another 30k miles or it could go less, but this is definitely not for the first time driver or someone with not a lot to spend. You will want to be able to put another engine in or know someone who can help you (when it goes) because the transmission is still solid and the rest of the car has a lot of life left if all you want is A to B transportation. Internally the cloth also shows it wear but is as clean as it will get. The carpet is extremely worn but was cleaned prior to posting. Trying to salvage something here as I know I won't get what I put in, but I also know this could still be great for a time period. It was daily driven up until I got another car with 6 seats and just did the oil change to ensure no metallic/shiny was in it (there wasn't) to confirm if rod knocking or lifter tick. Give me your OBO. Will meet you in Costco Parking Lot near 101 and Cave Creek but I also work during the week so availability may be limited.
