I went there looking for a vehicle and I talked to Logan, a great guy. I couldn't find anything there so he sent me to Canastota to their other dealership where they sell a few cars, I talked to Jason, I found one and bought a 2013 Ford Edge Sport, and absolutely beautiful SUV. Jason went above and beyond for us and my dog, I needed quite a bit fixed, it was all done. If you need a vehicle don't look any further then Jason, extremely highly recommended!!! Absolutely horrible, not even a month in to having my truck started hearing noises in my front end, got told it's a old vehicle. Worst place to get a car from. Electrical didn't work in some places reverse light was out brake light and a fog light was out. And you can return the vehicle so your stuck with a pile of shit for crazy amount of money. Don't waste your time with this is place unless you wanna fix your own vehicle

Six months into owning the vehicle I purchased from then the transmission went in it, so I'm going to give a very detailed review.  I want to say this is one of the only places you can bring $1000 and they'll get you in a vehicle, however I can guarantee there will be some funky stuff you will wind up needing to fix on your own.  Mike and everybody else there is super friendly.
I recently got a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe from them and all things considered it looked to be in okay shape.   Here is everything I've found in the few days since picking it up, I'll list them in order of severity.

Struggles to start and tries to stall out for a little while after putting gas in it, most likely an evap canister purge valve (common issue on these vehicles $60 if I fix it myself)

Radiator is being held up by a strap on one side, likely needs a whole new radiator bracket, about $200 if I fix it myself.

Passenger seat will recline but won't go back up, fuse looked fine, likely the switch again $20-$30 if I fix it myself.

Passenger door needs new sensor as the car constantly thinks it's open, $20 if I fix it myself again.

Rear Hatch Struts are shot, those are usually $40-50 for a set of two and easy enough to swap out.

I'm sure there's more stuff I haven't noticed yet but ultimately I'll end up having to spend $500 or so out of pocket and put in some elbow grease on top of the monthly payment at this point.   Price was great though so three stars for that and because they actually got me in a vehicle with my credit in the toilet.

Dropped to two stars because less than a week of owning the vehicle it needs a CV Axle.  Would have rather they fixed all the problems with it and charged an extra $1000 for it than have to shell out for fixing all the problems on top of paying monthly for it.

Editing again, the more I look into the car the more I find, missing multiple bolts inside the engine bay that are supposed to keep various hoses in place.  Minor inconvenience but shouldn't be this many issues in a vehicle that you are charging $8500 for as a dealership.   No doubt with as nice as the staff is if they would just fix issues before selling vehicles this place would make even more money than they already do.    Gotta respect the Hussle though.  Plenty of other reviews talking about the quality (or lack there of) of the vehicles here.  Once again only buy from here if you're mechanically inclined and expect to have to shell out to fix a bunch of stuff as soon as you drive off the lot.

Don’t buy from these guys at all you will get screwd to no end. I bought a 2015 jeep from them 9mos ago but they kept it for 2mos of that time to fix and replace the engine and power steering pump and pulley and ball joints and tires and the intake issue cause they passed it with bad ball joints on both sides and the  I thought every thing was ok after they fixed everything but I thought wrong I’ve only had it back 7mos and had to dump 3,300 into to it to keep it going and I have not had it a year yet every month something is breaking so money is be poured into it monthly. There was a bad cv shaft way before I got the jeep but they passed it anyways. So I had to fix that myself then when they put a used motor into it the engine like came on for a misfire so I had that fixed come to find out the motor had gotton water into at some point because the spark plugs where rusted all to hell and the coil packs where corrode. I  had to replace 4 pulleys because they went bad and the one was corrode really bad the tension  pulley was bad it only took a couple of fingers to take it off and I went threw 3 belts because of it. The breaks and rotors where bad all the way around and one caliper was shot. The stater went so that had to be replaced all the air filters where bad there was water getting into the lenses so the bulb sockets was rusted both in the front and the back. When they put the motor in they only connected the exhaust back with only one bolt not two and it wasn’t even the right bolt for that matter. They even cut my AC line when the replaced the engine who does that you don’t need to cut it to replace the engine so I had no ac during the summer so that’s got to be fixed at my cost. They scratched the hell out of my passenger side doors and dented my hood putting the other engine in. The intake is bad again it’s been a on going battle with the engine light. Just find out the clock spring is bad so that’s going to be another $800 to fix. The radio shit the bed so no radio now that’s got to be fixed now. There is so much stuff that’s has been fixed and replaced since I got it and it’s still not done it needs more work. Shits never done with this jeep. They knew about a lot of it and never made attempt to fix it now I am stuck with it all. Just buyer beware stay away from risens auto unless you want to dump 1,000s upon 1,000s dollars worth of work. For your safety and for your bank go else where to a better know dealership who actually care about the safety of their vehicles and their customers they put in them. This place needs to be shut down for good. Who ever they have working on their cars must not know that much about working on vehicles because most everything if not all of it should of been seen and  the people that sell the cars can care less about what’s wrong with them or who they put into them as long as they get their money and commission on the vehicles they sell. So I am not writing a big hugh chapter book I will bounce off just please don’t go to this place if you value your life and bank. I get used vehicles need some routine things but not like this and half the stuff isn’t routine fixes.
